txtr Beagle

The beagle is a 5" E Ink e-reader which is the smallest (mostly 5mm thick) and lightest (128 grams) in the world. It is powered from two AAA batteries - which should last for a year of reading and then can be replaced. txtr's e-reader connects to their Android e-reader software via bluetooth (as opposed to syncing via the internet like Amazon Kindle does, for example).

txtr hopes to partner with network operators on the e-reader - which will lower the price of the e-reader to only €9.90. They hope to launch it in Europe and the US.
