Sony PRS T1 - is this the new Sony e-reader?

A new digital e-reader from Sony just passed through the US FCC - it's called PRS-T1 and it's got Wi-Fi. Yes, that's all that we know currently. It's been rumored before that Sony is set to release new e-readers in August, so this may be the first/only one. We're guessing that this will be a budget e-reader, with no 3G and with a touch E Ink display. Hopefully we won't have to wait for long.
