AT&T announced that they will provide the wireless network for Plastic Logic's e-reader (for which Barnes & Nobles will sell eBooks for).

According to CNet's Crave, iRex is set to launch a wireless (3G) E-reader. It will have a 8.1" touch screen (probably an E Ink as this is the display used in iRex's other devices). It will be released Fall 2009.

Sony has officially announced the two new E-Readers, the PRS-300 and PRS-600. The PRS-200 is a budget device, priced at 199$, which is the cheapest e-reader available. Sony also says they will soon launch a reader with wireless (Wi-Fi) connections.
