Survey: US e-reader ownership jumped from 10% to 19% over the holiday period

According to a new survey by PewInternet, the share of adults in the US who own an e-reader nearly doubled from 10% to 19% between mid-December and early January. This comes after a period (from mid-2011 till the autumn) in which there was not much change in e-reader ownership.
