The Reader Touch Edition (PRS-650) is an e-reader from Sony with a 5" touchscreen Pearl E Ink, 2Gb internal memory, SD/MS card slot, USB 2.0 and no wireless connections.  The Touch Edition is now shipping and costs $229. The older PRS-600 (non Pearl E Ink with the older touch panel, and only 512MB) is still available for $169.
