The Skiff reader is the largest e-reader today, with a 11.5" E Ink display, Wi-Fi and 3G (via Sprint). The Skiff has 4Gb of internal memory, expandable via a SD-card slot. It can also play back audio with a speaker and a 3.5mm audio jack.
