Qisda to resume e-paper mass production in June, plans color displays in 2011

Digitimes reports that Qisda expects to resume production issues in June (it had some panel material and manufacturing process problems). The problems did not effect orders, and they still expect to ship 500,000 to 700,000 e-paper displays in 2010.

Qisda will roll out a 9" e-reader in May and will begin color e-paper sample shipments in December - with volume production in 2011. Qisda's color e-paper technology uses a CF-less technology.
