The Literati is a budget e-reader that uses a color LCD (400x800, non-touch) display. It's just an e-reader - there's no web access or applications (although there's Wi-Fi for buying and downloading books). It is powered by Kobo's e-reader platform.

The Literati costs $149 and is now shipping. The reviews aren't too good...
