Engadget reviews the Notion Ink Adam

Engadget reviews the Notion Ink Adam - and are quite disappointed with the buggy software and delicate hardware. The tablet has impressive features - but it doesn't deliver...

The Adam's display disappoints. Matte is achieved only with a screen protector, and the viewing angles are terrible (although it uses Pixel Qi's wider-viewing-angle display). The colors are a bit washed out, too. The reflective mode works though - and it saves battery and makes it quite viewable outdoors. The battery life is not so good either - less then Apple's iPad (or iPad2) - even with the reflective mode on all the time.
