Aigo's EB6301 e-reader supports several formats (TXT, PDF, DOC, etc. - but no ePub), and also includes an MP3 player (with a built-in speaker). It has 2Gb of internal memory, and has a TF card slot. The price is 2,499 yuan in China (which is over $350 - quite expensive!).
