Acer halted their e-reader program

Acer said it decided to halt their e-reader program. They are still "studying the feasibility of a successful business model and a total product solution" and say that the e-reader market is still small and does not have a proven business model yet. Acer has started to work on a 6" reader which was supposed to launch at June but now it's being delayed at best.
